A Mission Mindset
At core, Annex is a Faith-based company which is what fosters our core values and our desire to serve. This has also allowed us to take a mission mindset to our business and our people. Mission work is something that is near and dear to all of our hearts and is one way we extend our reach beyond our local community.
Annex offers a mission’s program for all of our employees which allows them 1 week per year, in addition to vacation, of paid time off for personal growth. This time is designed to be used for opportunities or trips to serve. Annex encourages our team to explore new ways to give back and be a part of something bigger. This program has been exceptional. We have been able to participate in programs that help feed the homeless and foster spiritual growth. As a company, Annex has been able to help send people on mission trips to places such as Guatemala, Brazil and South Asia.
